Cloudy Skies and Rain Across Nepal

Nepal is experiencing scattered rainfall across its mid-hill and western regions.

The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology reported ongoing rain in much of Lumbini and Gandaki provinces, which are primarily in the western hills and mid-mountain areas.

Rain has also started in the Madhesh plains in the south, while cloudy conditions extend from the Koshi region in the east to Karnali in the west, including Sudurpashchim province.

There is a chance of light rain in Kathmandu, located in the central hill region.

The department said skies will likely remain overcast throughout the day, with gradual improvement beginning tonight.
