SEE Results Improve as 65.98 Percent Students Graded

The National Examination Board has published the results of this year’s Secondary Education Examination (SEE), with 65.98 percent of students receiving grades, reflecting an improvement compared to last year.
According to the Board, a total of 284,160 students were graded this year, up from 271,299 students in the previous year.
Education Secretary Chudamani Paudel said the results indicate a positive improvement in student performance. Last year, 61.81 percent of students had been graded.
Meanwhile, 146,507 students were listed as non-graded this year, a decrease from 167,597 last year.
The largest group of students, numbering 94,222, secured GPAs between 2.80 and 3.60.
Similarly, 48,392 students achieved GPAs ranging from 3.60 to 4.00, according to the National Examination Board.
The SEE examination is considered one of Nepal’s key national academic assessments, determining students’ transition to higher secondary education.
