NC’s Yogesh Gauchan Thakali Elected from Mustang

Yogesh Gauchan Thakali of the Nepali Congress has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Mustang.

Thakali secured 3,307 votes, while his closest rival Indra Dhara Bista of the CPN-UML received 1,806 votes.

He previously served as the Chairperson of the former Lete Village Committee of the Nepali Congress, later becoming a district member, and currently serves as a Gandaki Province Committee member of the Nepali Congress as well as a party general convention representative.
