NC’s Uday Shamsher Rana Leads in Lalitpur-1

In Lalitpur Constituency No. 1, Nepali Congress candidate Uday Shamsher Rana maintains a lead in the ongoing vote counting for the House of Representatives election.

As of 10:30 AM, Rana has secured 3,144 votes.

His closest competitors include Chetanath Sanjel of CPN-UML with 1,753 votes and Buddharatna Maharjan of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) with 1,652 votes.

Out of a total of 77,737 registered voters in the constituency, 52,632 votes have been cast so far.

A total of 28 candidates, including representatives from various political parties and independents, are contesting in this constituency.
