RSP Recommends DP Aryal for Speaker

The Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has recommended its Vice-President, Dolprasad ‘DP’ Aryal for the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives.

A parliamentary party meeting held at Singhadurbar on Thursday, RSP decided to nominate Aryal for the role.

The proposal presented by party President Rabi Lamichhane, was unanimously approved during the meeting.

The House of Representatives is scheduled to convene on Sunday at 11 AM to elect the new Speaker.
