Rainfall In Kathmandu; Haze Likely To Gradually Dissipate

The Kathmandu Valley is currently experiencing light rainfall. According to Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology , light rainfall is expected to continue this morning, afternoon, and tonight in the Kathmandu Valley. The haze that had covered the valley and much of the country is expected to gradually dissipate . This rainfall is part of a broader weather system affecting various regions, particularly due to the partial influence of western winds. In the hilly regions, the sky will remain generally cloudy, with light to moderate rainfall expected, along with possible thunder and lightning in some areas.
