SpaceX Launches Starship Megarocket’s 13th Test Flight

SpaceX successfully launches its Starship megarocket on its 13th test flight, marking another milestone in the development of the world’s most powerful rocket.

The 124-meter rocket lifts off from South Texas, while its Super Heavy booster returns safely to Earth.

In a first for the program, the Starship upper stage makes a controlled splashdown in the Indian Ocean and remains afloat while transmitting data.

The test comes as SpaceX continues advancing the spacecraft for future Moon and Mars missions.
