RSP Chair Lamichhane Arrives India

Rastriya Swatantra Party Chair Rabi Lamichhane has arrived in India on a five-day visit, where he was welcomed by senior leaders of India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.

At New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Lamichhane was received by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh and the party’s Foreign Affairs Department head Vijay Chauthaiwale.

According to party sources, the reception highlights ongoing political engagements between Nepali and Indian political leaders during the visit.
Lamichhane’s trip comes at a time when Nepal–India relations have drawn increased political attention following recent parliamentary debates on border-related issues.
