US-Iran Hostilities Continue as Both Sides Report Strikes

Hostilities between the United States and Iran continued into Saturday, with both sides reporting fresh military action for a seventh consecutive night.

The US military said it struck Iranian military infrastructure, while Iran said it targeted US-linked sites in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain in retaliation.

Tehran also claimed incidents involving commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, claims disputed by Washington.

The escalating conflict has raised concerns over regional stability and global energy supplies, with oil prices climbing as disruptions in the strategic shipping route persist.
