T20 World Cup: Nepal Chasing 185 Against England
Nepal is chasing 185 runs against England in the first match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, India.
Opting to bat first, England finished the inning at 184 runs for the loss of 7 wickets with last over flurry from Will Jacks.
Nepal came back well after England made 100 runs in the 12th over with seven wickets remaining.
Dipendra Singh Airee and Nandan Yadav bowled well for Nepal picking up two wickets each.
Sher Mall who became the second Nepali player to take wicket in his fist ball on T20I debut was expensive giving away 35 runs in his 3 overs.
For England Jacob Bethell and skipper Harry Brooks scored half centuries each.
