Shree Madhavnarayan at SeshNarayan temple (Photo Feature)

Shree Madhavnarayan is a month long Hindu ritual in Nepal, observed from Paush Shukla Purnima (full moon day in January) to Magh Shukla Purnima (full moon day in February).

This tradition combines fasting, storytelling, and holy bathing to worship Goddess Swasthani and Lord Madhav Narayan (a form of Lord Vishnu).

It includes worshiping in different temples, including Shesh Narayan in Pharping, Kathmandu. A large number of devotees gather to observe the ritual.
