RSP’s Sudhan Gurung Takes Early Lead in Gorkha-1

In Nepal’s House of Representatives election, Sudhan Gurung of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has taken an early lead in the Gorkha-1 constituency.

Out of the first 199 votes counted, Gurung received 90 votes.

His closest competitors are Premkumar Khatri of the Nepali Congress with 47 votes, Hariraj Adhikari of the Nepal Communist Party with 34 votes and Ramchandra Lamichhane of CPN-UML with 7 votes according to the Election Office.
