Rajunath Pandey of RSP Wins in Kathmandu-3

Rajunath Pandey of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the election in Kathmandu-3 by defeating Kulman Ghising of Ujyalo Nepal Party.
Pandey won the election by getting 18,757 votes against his nearest rival Ghising, who got 11,171 votes, Returning Officer Chamila Bhattarai said.
In the vote count, Ramesh Aryal of Nepali Congress got 6,000 votes and Rameshwor Phuyal of CPN (UML) got 3,816 votes.
Meanwhile, Ghising has said that the result of the election has inspired him to be more responsible and proactive for the service of the country and people in the future.
Writing on his social site after the announcement of the result, Ghising congratulated Pandey and expressed gratitude to his voters.
He has promised to remain active for the country’s development, good governance and prosperity in the coming days.
