Non-Resident Nepalis Association (NRNA) has announced to organize its unity general convention in Kathmandu on May 3-5. The NRNA High-Level Committee shared this information by organizing a news conference in Kathmandu on Monday.
Committee Coordinator Shesh Ghale said that the NRNA would be kept united by resolving the longstanding dispute. “The general convention is being held to reform the organization based on the mandamus order given by the Supreme Court to make NRNA an undisputed entity,” he said. “We should strive to maintain impartiality. We shall move ahead by reframing NRNA in a new fashion,” Ghale stated.
According to Ghale, participation of the representatives is free to ensure more participation in the unity general convention and the date for submitting application for membership is also extended until Tuesday. (RSS)
