Nepal Taking on Oman

Nepal is taking on Oman in its third match of the Super Six stage in the ICC T20 World Cup Asia and East Asia Pacific Qualifers at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground in Muscat, Oman today.

A win today will ensure Nepal place as the 18th team in the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup being held in India and Sri Lanka.

This is Nepal’s third match in the Super Six round and has six points in three matches, including the one point and match carried forward from the group stage. Even Oman has six points and sits at the top of the points table on better net run rate.

This will be the toughest test for Nepal, after having secured two tight wins, in the tournament. Nepal might make a few changes in the side, most likely the inclusion of Karan KC and Lalit Rajbanshi in the playing 11.

The match will start at 8:45 pm NST.
