Nepal PM Karki Adds Two Cabinet Members

Nepal PM Sushila Karki has inducted two new members in her cabinet making it 11-member.

Dr. Sudha Sharma, a renowned gynecologist and former secretary at the ministry, has been appointed as the new minister for Health and Population.

Youth activist Bablu Gupta, who volunteered in social service during the Covid Pandemic, has been given the responsibility of the ministry of Youth and Sports.

President Ram Chandra Poudel appointed the two upon recommendation of Prime Minister Karki today itself.

The new cabinet members were sworn in amid a program at Presidential Palace in Sheetalniwas this afternoon.
