KP Oli Secures a Third Consecutive Term as CPN-UML Chairman

KP Sharma Oli has been elected for a third term as the chairman of the CPN-UML during the party’s 11th General Congress held in Kathmandu.

Oli secured the position by defeating his opponent, Ishwar Pokharel, with wide more than 70% votes.

Oli received 1,663 votes, while Pokharel received 564 votes. The difference between two was 1,099 votes.
