House of Representatives meeting taking place today

A meeting of the House of Representatives is scheduled to take place today.

Among the agenda for today is the presentation of the National Sports Development (First Amendment) Bill, 2082.

Minister for Youth and Sports, Teju Lal Chaudhary is scheduled to table the bill for discussion during the session.

Also ministers from various ministries will respond to questions raised by lawmakers.

These include the Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.

The house meeting is scheduled for 1 pm.
