All 20 Living Hostages Freed From Hamas’s Captivity
Hamas has released all 20 living Israeli hostages who were held in Gaza, and the Israeli military confirms their safe handover. Earlier in the day, Hamas handed over 7 hostages to the Red Cross, and later the remaining 13 were transferred under the agreement.
In return, Israel will free about 250 Palestinian prisoners plus more than 1,700 detainees as part of the exchange deal. Among the released hostages are twin brothers Ziv and Gali Berman, who were photographed together in Gaza earlier today.
U.S. President Donald Trump is currently in Israel and is scheduled to address the Parliament (Knesset). After that, he will travel to Egypt to co‑host a peace summit with world leaders focused on the Gaza situation. (Agencies)
