NC on The Verge of Split: CC Meeting Suspends Gagan And Bishwoprakash

Nepali Congress has taken action against both General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwoprakash Sharma.

The Central Working Committee Meeting held at the party’s office Sanepa today, decided to suspend both the general secretaries for five years according to party sources.

The meeting also decided to take action against other leaders, including Pharmullah Mansur, for supporting the general secretaries.

The meeting appealed to other members of the Special General Convention faction to return to their respective party activities.

The party charged them with rejecting and acting against the party decisions.
