US Deports 75 Nepali Nationals

The US government has deported 75 Nepalis in the latest move of Trump Administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration.

According to Tika Ram Dhakal, spokesperson at the department of immigration, 75 Nepali nationals landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu Thursday on a charted aircraft.

According to Dhakal of the 75 deported, 69 are male and 6 are female.

Nepal Police’s Human Trafficking Cell interrogated with the deported Nationals upon their arrival in Kathmandu.

According to police except for a couple of individuals, most of the deported individuals had entered the US territory illegally.
