British Ambassador Fenn Pays Courtesy Call on Foreign Minister Khanal

British Ambassador to Nepal, Rob Fenn, paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal.

During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singha Durbar, the two sides discussed Nepal–UK bilateral relations and various matters of mutual interest.

The discussions focused on cooperation and collaboration in areas such as climate change, climate finance, resilient economic development, and preparations for the 31st Conference of the Parties (COP31) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

Similarly, the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including matters related to the pensions of Gurkha soldiers.
