Will Bosisto Joins Kathmandu Gurkhas for Third Edition of NPL

Australian all-rounder Will Bosisto is set to represent Kathmandu Gurkhas in the third edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).

The franchise announced Bosisto’s signing through social media. He played for Karnali Yaks in the first two editions of the tournament but will represent a new team this season.

Kathmandu Gurkhas have also signed experienced Australian batter David Warner, Sri Lankan player Sahan Arachchige and Indian wicketkeeper-batter K. S. Bharat.

The 33-year-old Bosisto is a right-handed batter who also bowls off-spin.

He captained Australia’s Under-19 team in 2012 and featured in the ICC Under-19 World Cup that year.

In first-class cricket, Bosisto has scored more than 1,100 runs in 28 matches and taken 17 wickets with his off-spin bowling.
