Nepal President Congratulates Bangladesh’s President Alamgir

Nepal’s President Ram Chandra Paudel has congratulated Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on his election as the 23rd President of Bangladesh.

In a message, Paudel wished Alamgir success in his new role and reaffirmed Nepal’s commitment to further strengthening the longstanding friendly ties between the two countries.

The Nepal President also expressed commitment to deepening the existing multidimensional relationship, including the strong people-to-people ties between Nepal and Bangladesh, according to the Nepali Embassy in Dhaka.
