President Poudel Discharged After The Treatment

President of Nepal, Ramchandra Poudel, has been discharged from the hospital on Sunday. After experiencing health issues, Poudel was admitted to Manmohan Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Transplant Center in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu on Saturday.  

In a press release, the center informed that following the medical examination and treatment, Poudel’s health has stabilized and returned to normal. Executive Director of the center, Prof. Dr. Ratna Mani Gajurel confirmed his discharge today. 

A pre-scheduled discussion among GenZ representatives originally planned for Saturday was postponed to Monday due to the president’s health concerns. The President is in negotiation with various stakeholders regarding the election of the house of representatives that is scheduled for March 5 next year.
